At SkyLocs, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Because last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to another client, the following policy applies to all appointments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made 24+ hours before the appointment may be transferred to a new appointment date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not contact SkyLocs will be considered a no-show.
Your deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.
Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled service.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee may apply, or your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled depending on the day’s schedule.
If the appointment must be canceled because of a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
No Extra Guests
Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment.
Our service room has limited space and is designed to comfortably accommodate the scheduled client and loctician only. For everyone’s comfort, safety, and to maintain a relaxing environment, we are unable to accommodate friends, family members, children, or other additional guests who are not receiving a service.
If you arrive with an additional guest, they may be asked to wait outside of the service area.
Parents/guardians accompanying a minor receiving a service are an exception when necessary.
Deposits
All appointment deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are applied toward the balance of your scheduled service when the appointment is completed.
With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.
Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations happen. True emergencies will be handled case-by-case at SkyLocs’ discretion.
SkyLocs Cancellations
If SkyLocs must cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date or refunded if another suitable appointment cannot be arranged.
By booking an appointment with SkyLocs, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and appointment policy.
